Financial Donations

All of Sage Community Partnership’s funding comes through grants and private donations. The services we provide for young adults aging out of the foster care system with mental health and substance abuse issues, juvenile justice involvement or homelessness depend on the money we raise each year.

Consider supporting our programs with your contribution and help us change lives.
DONATE ONLINE OR Mail a Check (Payable to Sage Community Partnership):

Ear Mark Your Financial Donation:

Sponsor a Youth:
Sponsor a particular young adult in achieving their educational, vocational and transitional goals, helping them to believe in themselves, become hopeful and positively contribute to society as independent adults. With your support these young adults have a chance for success no one has ever given them.

Polaris Transitional Living Program for Young Men:
Support Polaris House to expand and improve our programming for young men and provide access to more affordable housing.

Launch the Female Transitional Living Program:

Help us start a female treatment stream in 2008, at this point no services exist in Boulder County for at-risk females aging out of the foster care system.

Educational or Vocational Grants:

Help a young adult finish high school, get a GED, go to college, develop a career and enrich their lives.
