Leadership Awards
Community Leadership Awards:
Boulder County is privileged to have an extraordinary community of dedicated and passionate professionals, who work hard to create opportunities and support for at-risk children, youth and young adults. We at Sage Community Partnership are committed to recognizing these fine professionals, the vital work that they do, and the many lives that they touch.
Every Fall, Sage Community Partnership facilitates an annual Community Recognition Luncheon, for which Sage CP looks to the community to determine the recipients of the Community Policy Leadership Award, the Direct Service Provider Award and the Youth Achievement Award (see youth grants).
